- Purchase a course.
- If not satisfied, request a credit or refund within 60 days of the purchase.
- You can ask for a one-time credit for another course at any time within 60 days, whether you started the course or not.
- To request an actual refund:
- Full Certification Program: at least 2 courses must be completed but no Certificate shall have been issued. No more than 5 courses can be completed to be eligible for a full refund.
- Individual courses: at least half of the course must be completed, but no Certificate issued. - The total refund price is the price actually paid for the specific course.
- If the credit amount is more than your desired replacement course, the balance may be applied towards other courses, or refunded.
- If the credit amount is lower than your desired replacement course, you may be asked to pay for the price difference.
- In all fairness, once the Certificate of Completion is published, the course can no longer be refunded or credited for another course.
