    We are here to help you in any way we can. However, we understand that sometimes things do not turn out as expected, so here are the terms of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:
    1. Purchase a course.
    2. If not satisfied, request a credit or refund within 60 days of the purchase.
    3. You can ask for a one-time credit for another course at any time within 60 days, whether you started the course or not.
    4. To request an actual refund:
       - Full Certification Program: at least 2 courses must be completed but no Certificate shall have been issued. No more than 5 courses can be completed to be eligible for a full refund.
       - Individual courses: at least half of the course must be completed, but no Certificate issued.
    5. The total refund price is the price actually paid for the specific course.
    6. If the credit amount is more than your desired  replacement course, the balance may be applied towards other courses, or refunded.
    7. If the credit amount is lower than your desired replacement course, you may be asked to pay for the price difference.
    8. In all fairness, once the Certificate of Completion is published, the course can no longer be refunded or credited for another course.
